So my experience with Austin and Blake was I have found my new jeweler!! I just bought and engagement ring upgrade for my wife (two carat radiant cut ...with the Lily Rose gold band) and ordering online was absolutely a breeze! I picked out my specific diamond complete with its own video and then choose the Lily side stone band which is just gorgeous itself. They promised they could get it to me before Christmas and I'm sold. A week later they send me an email letting me know that the diamond I had chose had been sold that they had to get me something different. A promise that it would be just as good or better and when I received it OHH BOOYY!! It was higher grade and clarity FOR SAME PRICE!? I'm just a regular Dad, my wife and whole family is blown away at the beauty of this ring! It has been an absolute memorable experience from beginning to end. Thank you Jain Family for bringing us Austin and Blake and that customer service!!
Awful quality of jewellery and customer service. Under a year of buying my ring the claw had broke so I sent it back to them to fix and they had to re... make the entire ring. They then sent the new ring to a wrong address in a different country and couldn’t get it back before it was too late as they didn’t respond to calls or emails from me when I told them that wasn’t my current address. So I now had lost that ring. They re made a new one (again) which the carat size was smaller than the original so I had to ask for it to be the same as the original which they did give me a new one slightly bigger. When the new ring arrived it was made too small as they hadn’t made it to the same size as my ring was when I sent it back to them. I got it resized by themselves as soon as I got my first original ring and they clearly didn’t make note of the size of it when I first sent it back to be fixed. Because I did not want to send anything back to them as I did not trust them. I went somewhere else to get the new one resized to which being told that the claws were not supporting the diamond on my ring and I did in fact have to pay to get the brand new ring fixed again so the diamond did not fall out. Since all of this my wedding band which was also under a years old has started to tarnish and discolour. I appreciate the refund they gave for the repair and partial reimbursement. However, hasn't solved the issue and I’m still out of pocket. I feel so deflated when I look down at my rings knowing that they could break or tarnish at any moment. The design is so beautiful but made so poorly they don’t feel luxury or special at all. I will never recommend this company.

Fantastic service, flexible seeing me between meetings and the ring is perfect, would definitely recommend. Haifa was incredibly helpful and responded... to every question I had, helping finding me the perfect diamond and ring.
Our initial experience in store and sample ring was good. However we wanted to make a simple change as that’s what a sample is for right? When t...he ring arrived to store which we designed it was totally wrong and not even close on the shape and sizing. This was quite rudely dealt with by the store manager Charlotte with not one apology, it was like we was the inconvenience? All she kept saying was it was the same product code? How can a ring that’s totally different to a sample be the same product code?! To cut the long story short we requested a full refund as this store really spoilt something that was suppose to be a special engagement ring. They will also lure you in stating a two week lead time but then say it’s four weeks. Absolute disaster, they completely took away the excitement from the engagement. Do yourselves a favour and use the other jewellers in the area for a more professional bespoke service who actually understands diamonds and who are also willing to look after their customers. After our experience with another jeweller in the area we cannot even call Austen&Blake London a jeweller - it's just a store with sales people. Anyone can go on the website and pick the ring, that's basically what they do there. Avoid.
I couldn't have found someone more helpful in this industry than Haifa. I had a situation where I had purchased a ring from another jewelers and it di...dn't get delivered when it was supposed to. After speaking to the jewelers, there had been an error on the system and it was out-of-stock. This was on the Thursday and I was flying to Rome on the Saturday where I wanted to propose, so I had little time to try and sort something out. I turned up to Austen & Blake half an hour before they closed, understandably stressed, but Haifa was so professional with helping me select something that my girlfriend would like. The ring size I had measured was a size which Haifa suggested was far too big, and we went for one that was 3 sizes smaller. This shows how good she is at her job as it was actually perfect! Coming in so late, Haifa was more than happy find a solution past her working hours, so a massive credit to her. Everything went really well with the engagement and a massive part of that is Haifa, so I would thoroughly recommend anyone to go and see her if they're looking for a ring.

I fully trusted her judgement, and at no point did I think she was just trying to increase the price. A true, honest saleswoman that made the whole process a joy. 4 months ago I walked into Austen and Blake's London office with the intention of purchasing an engagement ring for my long term girlfriend, but absol...utely zero knowledge of the process involved, or what I could get for my budget. I met Charlotte in the office, and from the moment I walked in she was phenomenal. Thanks to my lack of knowledge on engagement rings, I was incredibly nervous, but Charlotte couldn't have made the process any easier. Charlotte first explained what the process for buying an engagement ring would look like, asked for my budget, and then explained what I would be able to buy for the budget and the diamond qualities that I would be able to adjust, such as size, cut quality and colour. Charlotte showed me a great number of diamonds, demonstrating how varying each of the qualities such as colour would look on the diamond. Within the first session I was already able to prioritise diamond qualities, and not once did Charlotte ever try to get me to raise my budget or to sell me a diamond I couldn't afford. We spent 3 sessions looking at diamonds and in the end settled on a ring that I was incredibly happy with, that fit perfectly within my budget and was beyond my wildest dreams. The diamond we ended up choosing was absolutely perfect, my now fiancee was beyond happy with the ring. I went from being very nervous and completely in the dark to a diamond expert in just 3 hours and I owe it all to Charlotte and the team at Austen and Blake. I couldn't have asked for a better service, everything was perfect. If you are reading this and you are like me, clueless and apprehensive about the process to come, please book an appointment with Austen and Blake and they will guide you seamlessly through buying an engagement ring. I was going overseas for a month to propose and Charlotte even extended the period to adjust the ring size so that I would have time to bring the ring in for adjustments when I was back. Thank you Charlotte and Austen and Blake, you are outstanding!

Tried to visit them on a Sunday at the start of December, apparently you need to book an appointment and you can’t just walk in to talk to someo...ne. Thankfully though, I was able to talk to a staff member for about 30m before her appointment turned up. I left my number and asked them to call so I could purchase a ring. It’s the end of the month now and still no phone call.

Lucy was exceptionally helpful and took the time to talk us thr...ough all our options and even ordered a sample of the design we liked so we could see it prior to purchasing. Would highly recommend for a stress free and knowledgeable experience.

Definitely choose this jewellers out of any at Hatton Garden. We shopped for my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. Jurgen was extremely he...lpful but not pushy (like the other jewellers on the road) and made it very personal to us. The choice is fantastic but also cheaper, yet the same quality as other jewellers in the area. This is my second Austen & Blake purchased having visited them at their Manchester store. Their London flagship not only matched my experience but... exceeded my very high expectations. Unlike most Hatton Garden stores, they are not trying to sell to you but are there to create something at the best possible price. They sourced a specific stone for me and had it ready in 2 weeks, yes a custom ring in 2 weeks. Don't bother wasting your time buying from the same stock pieces elsewhere, Austen & Blake is the jeweller of the future.
Visited a few days ago with my sister to get a necklace for our mums birthday. The staff were so helpful and patient (we were very indecisive) so many... beautiful items and so reasonably priced. I could have bought the whole shop. We will be back!

Visited Austin and Blake over the weekend to look for a bracelet for my daughter’s 21st. I have to say that I had no idea where to start from, ...but all the consultants were very helpful, especially Jurgen who assisted me.
