Your Austen & Blake jewelry is covered by our Limited Manufacturer Warranty against defects arising from the manufacturing process. This includes faults in materials or workmanship.
For the purpose of this warranty, "lifetime" refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product, taking into account its nature and intended use. If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, Austen & Blake will, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This Limited Manufacturer Warranty does not cover, and includes, but is not limited to:
Normal wear and tear and ageing of the product over time, including scratches, dents, surface wear or gradual loosening of components
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, improper handling, abnormal use or excessive wear
Any alteration, modification, dismantling or repair carried out by unauthorized parties
The use of components or accessories not recommended by Austen & Blake
Routine maintenance, cleaning or natural changes in appearance due to regular use
Loss, theft or disappearance of the product
Any creation where identifying features have been removed, altered or rendered illegible
To benefit from this Limited Manufacturer Warranty, you may be required to present proof of purchase or a valid warranty certificate duly completed at the time of purchase.
Warranty claims may be submitted through Austen & Blake stores or via a dedicated contact channel (including email), where applicable.
All products submitted under this warranty are subject to examination by Austen & Blake to determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.
Austen & Blake reserves the right to refuse service where there is reasonable suspicion that the product is counterfeit, lost or stolen.
Claims should be made within a reasonable period after the defect is discovered.
If your piece is not covered under this Limited Manufacturer Warranty, Austen & Blake may offer repair or servicing at a charge.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Manufacturer Warranty is the sole commercial warranty provided by Austen & Blake.
Austen & Blake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is a Limited Warranty as defined by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of this express warranty.
The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under the provincial Consumer Protection Acts. For residents of Quebec, this warranty is subject to the legal warranty provided under the Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act, which ensures goods are durable for a reasonable length of time.
